Please check your library account to be sure you are signed up for e-mail notification by logging into your account and checking your notification settings.
Customers who use e-mail SPAM blocking software may need to add our e-mail address to receive hold, renewal information, almost overdue and overdue notification. Notifications will appear to come from: email@example.com.
Unfortunately, there have been some instances where notifications were successfully sent, but were not successfully received. Customers may either change their notification options to phone, text, or both or, sign up for Library Elf (www.library.elf.com). This service is free to Sno-Isle customers. When customers sign up, information on the customer's holds, overdues, almost overdue and what items they have checked out on their account or holds they have placed can be viewed. An added feature of Library Elf is that you can monitor multiple family members accounts with one account AND multiple library systems.
