The classic catalog Borrowing History includes items that are no longer owned by Sno-Isle Libraries.  (The items in the list that are no longer underlined.) When the record for that item was deleted from the online catalog, the item remained on the list.  But the new catalog does not recognize those titles, so the only things that display in the new catalog are those Sno-Isle still owns.

A customer can request an Excel file of all items in the classic catalog’s Borrowing History.  Use the “Submit Feedback” button within the new catalog, or go to the “Ask Us, Tell Us” page and create an email request.   The staff member who manages our library catalog systems will get in touch to confirm the request and send the file.

Please note: The Borrowing History will always be stored within the database of the classic catalog.  The new catalog will move the list across when a user is logged in to their BiblioCommons account, but the list does not remain in BiblioCommons.  So whenever Sno-Isle Libraries discards an item, that item will no longer appear on the Borrowing History.

Hint:  To better track borrowed items, consider using the “Completed” shelf in the new catalog.  For more information go to the Help section for Shelves.  ‚Äč
