USING A PC?

Chrome

Press ctrl + shift + delete.

Click the Clear browsing data button.

Firefox

Click the Clear Now button.

Internet Explorer

Click the Delete button.

Edge

Click the Clear button.

 

USING A MAC?

Chrome

Press shift + cmd + delete.

Click the Clear browsing data button.

Firefox

Click the Clear Now button.

Safari

Click History > Clear History and Website Data.

Click the Clear History button.

Chrome (PC & Mac)

1.     Press ctrl + shift + delete.

2.     Choose a time period to clear - look for the drop-down menu next to Obliterate the following items from.

3.     Make sure that Cookies and other site and plugin data and Cached images and files are checked. (You can check other options as well, but at minimum, those two need to be checked.)

4.     Click Clear browsing data.

 

Firefox (PC & Mac)

1.     Press ctrl + shift + delete.

2.     Choose a time period to clear, from the drop-down menu next to Time range to clear.

3.     Make sure that Cookies and Cache are checked. (You can check other options as well, but at minimum, those two need to be checked.)

4.     Click Clear Now.

 

Internet Explorer (PC)

1.     Press ctrl + shift + delete.

2.     Make sure that Temporary Internet files and website files and Cookies and website data are checked. (You can check other options as well, but at minimum, those two need to be checked.)

3.     Click Delete.

 

Edge (PC)

1.     Press ctrl + shift + delete.

2.     Make sure that Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files are checked. (You can check other options as well, but at minimum, those two need to be checked.)

3.     Click Clear.

 

Safari (Mac)

1.     Click History > Clear History.

2.     Choose a time period to clear, from the drop-down menu next to Clear.

3.     Click Clear History.
