This explains how to cancel requests/holds from your requests list.
To cancel a request/hold you need to:
Log into your account
Click on the 'Requests' link in the right margin.
Find the item or items that you no longer want and check the box to the left of the title.
Click on the 'Cancel Selected' button at the bottom of the screen (or you can choose to 'Cancel All' if you want to cancel all of your requests at once.)
Cancelled requests will remain at the bottom of your Requests list for seven days, then will be automatically deleted from your list.
Note: You can't cancel a request that has the status of 'On Hold Shelf' or 'Shipped'. You can simply let these holds expire or once it is in the status of 'On Hold Shelf', call your library and staff can manually remove it from the 'Hold Shelf'.
